These services are offered free of charge when the customer retains the purchased product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a customer chooses to return a product for reasons not attributable to SpeedXperts (e.g., change of mind, incompatibility not caused by incorrect product description), SpeedXperts reserves the right to charge for support services already provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The value of such services may be deducted from the refund amount, <strong>up to a maximum of \u20ac50<\/strong>, and will be calculated based on the actual time and assistance provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
