Used it on 2008 VW Passat CC and iit's working as intended. Had some problems with drivers on windows 11 laptop, but on windows 10 it works with no problems. The seller was very good and quick in communication when I had problems with the drivers on win11 machine. Recommend

Arrived fast, well packed, works well but not with the latest software. It works with 24.7 though.

All good, works fast, had a problem after a few days where it would not connect, you have to have the Internet on, it updates itself. Do not update the vcds software. tried on a 2019 a7, 2020 q7, 2021 q8, mk6 golf. no problems at all. You can update to the latest vcds version once they have launched the new firmware. Contact the support for this. They will provide an update. Do not try to update from the actual vcds software.
Software flagged as viruss, made me nervous.
