Upgrade your Volvo P2 RTI navigation system with this paid digital ZIP file package for the Volvo RTI retrofit project.

After purchase, you will receive a ZIP file containing the files needed to configure and set up the retrofit, including OpenAuto Pro installation files with the CarPlay addon included.

This retrofit is designed to replace the original RTI control module with a Raspberry Pi and Arduino based multimedia system while keeping the original Volvo RTI display and factory-style controls. The setup allows the original dashboard screen to be used for modern multimedia functions such as Android Auto Wireless, OpenAuto Pro, rear camera display, steering wheel/RTI button control, AUX integration, and automatic brightness control.

We keep the process simple: prepare the order, hand it to the carrier, send tracking when available, and help if something does not look right.

We prepare your order

Orders are usually prepared within 1-2 business days. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You receive tracking

After dispatch, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link where tracking is available. Carrier updates can take 24-48 hours.

Your parcel is delivered

Local carriers may deliver to your address or to a nearby pickup point, depending on the destination and postal service rules.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our checkout total.

Returns

How to return an item

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To keep the process smooth, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and give you the correct return instructions.

Contact support first

Email info@speedxperts.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Pack the item carefully

Return the product in original condition with all accessories, components, manuals, tags, and packaging included where possible.

Arrange return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by a defective item or an error on our side. In some cases, we may be able to offer a return label; if we provide one, the label cost of €6.90 may be deducted from your refund.

Inspection and refund

After the item arrives, we inspect its condition and completeness. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return conditions

What can be returned

A return is easiest when the item is unused, complete, and packed properly. Some deductions may apply when a returned product is missing parts, damaged, scratched, used, or needs cleaning, testing, or repackaging.

Within 14 days of delivery

Standard return conditions apply when the item is complete, unused, and returned in original condition.

Between 15 and 30 days

Returns are accepted as an extended voluntary service and may be subject to reasonable deductions.

Items that may not be returnable

Custom or personalized products, opened or activated software, gift cards, downloadable software, hazardous materials, and final-sale items.

Possible deductions

Missing parts, damaged packaging, reconditioning costs, return shipping or return label costs (€6.90 when supplied by us), original shipping after 14 days, or support services already provided up to €50.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Tell us quickly and we will help resolve it

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Send damage photos within 48 hours

This helps us review the case quickly and arrange the best solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including shipping costs.

Quick answers before you contact us

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel before the order is processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the normal return process applies.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to show the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchange processing can take up to 10 business days depending on availability.
Will my parcel always arrive at my home address?
Not always. In some countries, local postal services may route parcels to the nearest pickup point. These decisions are made by the local carrier and are outside our control.
What if my order contains a pre-order item?
Orders containing pre-order or back-order items are usually held until all items are in stock. If you need split shipping, contact us because extra shipping fees may apply.
