We prioritize fast dispatch, transparent pricing, and reliable tracking. Below is a detailed breakdown of our shipping procedures, including regional delivery estimates, flat-rate fees, and important information regarding customs and local delivery practices.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
  • Dispatch Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Peak Periods: Orders are handled in the sequence they are received. Please allow for slight extensions in processing times during high-volume seasons.

Estimated Delivery Windows (Post-Dispatch)

  • Germany, Netherlands: 3-7 arbejdsdage
  • France, Poland: 2-7 arbejdsdage
  • Storbritannien: 3-8 arbejdsdage
  • Belgien: 3-8 arbejdsdage
  • Austria, Italy, Spain: 4-9 arbejdsdage
  • Nordic Region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland): 5–12 business days (Please note: packages in this region are frequently delivered to the nearest local pickup point rather than a home address).
  • Other European Destinations: 3–12 business days

Note on Delivery Estimates: These timeframes are projections. Actual delivery may be influenced by carrier capacity, weather, customs clearance, or local holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • European Union (EU): €6.90 Flat Rate
  • Norge: €9.90 Flat Rate
  • United Kingdom (UK): €10.90 Flat Rate

Total shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link (where service is available). Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the initial handoff.

Delivery & Pickup Points

While we strive for door-to-door service, local carriers sometimes deliver parcels to the nearest pickup point rather than the home address. These routing decisions are made by the local postal service and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for these routing changes and do not negotiate delivery locations with third-party carriers.

Address Accuracy & Contact Information

  • Review Your Details: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses that result in a return may be subject to additional reshipment fees.
  • Phone Number Recommendation: We strongly suggest providing a phone number during checkout. This allows the delivery company to contact you directly if there are issues with your address or if a parcel is lost. We do not use your number for SMS marketing or share your data with third parties.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • EU Orders: Generally, shipments within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties.
  • Non-EU Orders (including UK): Your local customs office may apply import VAT, duties, or handling fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our checkout total.
  • Clearance: While we assist where possible, we have no influence over the timelines or documentation requests made by local customs authorities.

Delivery Issues & Special Items

Pre-Orders: Orders containing pre-order or back-order items will be held until all items are in stock. If you require split shipping, additional fees may apply.

Support: If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number.
