We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item should be in its original condition, with all accessories, components, tags, and packaging included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Timeframes
- Within 14 days of delivery: Standard return conditions apply.
- Between 15–30 days of delivery (Extended Return Policy): Returns are accepted as a voluntary service and may be subject to additional deductions as outlined below.
Return Process
Initiate the Return:
Contact us at support@speedxperts.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Prepare Your Item:
Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
Ship the Item:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Final Inspection:
All returned items are inspected upon arrival to verify condition and completeness.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- Full Refund:
Provided if the item is returned complete, unused, and in original condition. If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we cover all costs including shipping. - Partial Refund:
May be issued if:- The item is not in original condition
- Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
- The item shows signs of wear, damage, or scratches
Deductions & Fees
The following deductions may apply if the return is not due to our error:
- Support Service Deduction (up to €50):
We provide free installation and technical support with our products. If significant support has been provided and the item is later returned, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable service fee (up to €50) based on the actual support provided. - Missing Parts / Reconditioning Costs:
If any components, accessories, or packaging are missing, or if the product requires cleaning, testing, or repackaging, a reasonable deduction will be applied. - Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns made after 14 days from delivery.
- In some cases, the cost of a return shipping label may be deducted from the refund.

Si vous recevez un article endommagé ou défectueux, veuillez nous en informer immédiatement à l'adresse support@speedxperts.com en joignant des photos du produit et une description du problème. Marche à suivre pour les produits endommagés ou défectueux:
- Résolution: En fonction de la situation, nous proposerons d'envoyer un produit de remplacement ou d'effectuer un remboursement complet, y compris les frais d'expédition.
- Nous contacter: Envoyez-nous des photos et des détails sur les dommages dans un délai de 48 heures de la réception de l'article.
Si vous souhaitez annuler votre commande, veuillez nous contacter dès que possible. Les commandes peuvent être annulées avant d'être traitées ou expédiées. Une fois la commande traitée ou expédiée, vous devrez suivre la procédure de retour.
