Where can I download the software?
The download link is sent by email after your order. Check your order confirmation message first, including the spam or promotions folder.
Why is there a CD included with the tool?
The CD is included as a backup. We recommend using the digital download because it is easier to update and usually includes newer guides.
What should I do if I have software or tool problems?
Contact support with your order number, product name, device details, and screenshots if possible. You can also check the troubleshooting section at the end of the installation guide.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.
How long does delivery take?
