Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped within the European Union (EU), we handle customs clearance, and you should not be required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs procedures and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for non-EU destinations are the responsibility of the recipient.

In rare cases, customs authorities may require additional information or action from the recipient to complete the clearance process. If this happens, we will do our best to assist you.

Retourneren & terugbetalen

We willen dat je volledig tevreden bent met je aankoop. Als je om wat voor reden dan ook niet helemaal tevreden bent met je bestelling, bieden we een retourbeleid van 30 dagen.

Retourvoorwaarden:

• Artikelen moeten binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd.
• Producten moeten in originele staat, ongebruikt en in de originele verpakking zijn.
• De klant is verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten tenzij het artikel beschadigd of defect is ontvangen.

Een terugkeer initiëren:

Neem contact op met onze klantenservice om een retourzending te starten. Wij geven je instructies over hoe en waar je het pakket naartoe moet sturen. Houd er rekening mee dat geretourneerde artikelen zonder voorafgaande toestemming mogelijk niet worden geaccepteerd.
