Why are you sending the CD with tool?

We are adding a CD to package just as a backup. We recommend using the digital version software, it is always up-to-date with more detailed guides. You can find the link in your order confirmation email.

Have problems with software or tool?

How long does it take to process my order?

Usually it takes 1-3 business days.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2-12 business days, depending on your location. Shipping and Payments page

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in to your account, and under “My Orders,” click “Edit” to change your address before shipping. Make sure to do it ASAP, before the shipping was shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How do I initiate a return?

Visit our “Refund and Returns policy” page, fill out the return form, and follow the provided instructions to send your item back.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

You can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

How long does it take to process a refund?
