You may use this website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not use the site in a way that damages the website, interferes with other users, copies our content without permission, or attempts to access systems, data, accounts, or checkout functions without authorization.
This website and its products are intended for users aged 18 and over. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to place that order for the company.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if we believe it is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, affected by an obvious pricing or stock error, or connected with misuse of our website or products.
SpeedXperts sells automotive tools, electronics, diagnostic equipment, software-related products, lights, accessories, and related items. Product information is provided to help customers choose suitable items, but it may not cover every vehicle, software version, computer system, market variant, or technical condition.
Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before purchase, including vehicle model, year, engine type, connector type, operating system, language, regional restrictions, and technical ability to install or use the item.
Images, packaging, accessories, labels, colours, interface screens, and minor product details may vary from website photos when the delivered item has the same main function or equivalent specification.
We may correct errors, omissions, stock status, product descriptions, prices, or technical information at any time. If an order is affected by an obvious error, we may contact you, cancel the order, or issue a refund.
Product names such as OPCOM, Lexia, Volvo DICE, BMW ENET, VAG, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Opel, Peugeot, Citroen, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other vehicle or software names may be used only to describe compatibility or intended product use. SpeedXperts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with these manufacturers, software owners, trademark owners, or their dealer networks unless this is clearly stated on the product page.
Some products may include software, activation keys, downloads, drivers, installation files, instructions, or links to third-party software. Software may be provided by third parties and may be subject to separate licence terms, device limits, activation rules, update rules, region restrictions, or compatibility requirements.
Unless specifically promised in writing, we do not guarantee that software will work with every computer, operating system update, antivirus setting, virtual machine, vehicle, interface, control unit, or future third-party software change.
Customers are responsible for using software legally and only in accordance with applicable laws, licence terms, and manufacturer restrictions. SpeedXperts does not support illegal use, licence bypassing, unauthorized copying, odometer fraud, emissions tampering, immobilizer misuse, theft-related use, or any use that breaches the rights of another company or person.
Opened, activated, downloaded, personalized, or digitally delivered software may be excluded from cancellation or return where allowed by law and by our return policy.
When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and correct. This includes name, email address, phone number where provided, billing information, delivery address, and any company invoice details.
Prices are shown on the website and may include VAT where applicable. Prices, promotions, product availability, delivery costs, and currency options may change without notice before an order is confirmed.
Payment methods may include card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, American Express, and other checkout methods where available. The available methods depend on country, currency, device, and payment provider rules.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for bank declines, payment provider outages, currency conversion fees, card limits, chargeback decisions, or delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Delivery estimates are provided on our Delivery and Returns page. They are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier capacity, weather, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, local postal routing, pickup-point delivery, or events outside our control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or charged additional fees because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or other reasonable costs.
For non-EU orders, including the United Kingdom where applicable, local customs authorities may charge import VAT, customs duties, brokerage costs, or handling fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Once a parcel is with a carrier, delivery routing, pickup-point decisions, delivery attempts, and local tracking updates are controlled by the carrier or local postal service. We will help where reasonable, but we cannot control third-party carrier decisions.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Delivery and Returns and Payment and Refunds pages. Customers must contact us before sending a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Returned products must be complete, unused where required, safely packed, and returned with accessories, components, manuals, tags, and original packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund where an item is missing parts, damaged, scratched, used, incomplete, or requires cleaning, testing, repackaging, or reconditioning.
If significant installation or technical support has been provided and the product is later returned for a reason not caused by SpeedXperts, we may apply a reasonable support service deduction where permitted by law and by our refund policy.
Most products include a commercial warranty unless the product page states otherwise. This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, modification, physical damage, liquid damage, power damage, software tampering, use outside instructions, third-party repairs, or problems caused by a customer's vehicle, computer, operating system, antivirus, or third-party software.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply under Slovak law, EU law, or other laws that cannot legally be excluded. If a product is faulty or not as described, the customer may have statutory rights in addition to any commercial warranty.
Products sold by SpeedXperts may require technical knowledge. Customers are responsible for reading instructions, checking compatibility, using suitable equipment, following safety steps, backing up data where needed, and using tools only for lawful purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedXperts is not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, wrong product selection, ignored instructions, vehicle faults, computer faults, software conflicts, unauthorized modifications, illegal use, third-party services, manufacturer restrictions, or use by unqualified persons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedXperts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, or financial losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, vehicle downtime, workshop labour, diagnostic time, replacement vehicle costs, missed appointments, or damage caused by the customer's use or misuse of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where liability cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for intentional misconduct where applicable.
All SpeedXperts website content, including layout, page design, text, photos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and other original content, belongs to SpeedXperts or its licensors and must not be copied, republished, scraped, sold, or reused without written permission.
All third-party brand names, vehicle names, software names, logos, trademarks, and registered marks belong to their respective owners. They are used only for identification, compatibility, reference, or descriptive purposes.
If a rights owner believes content on our website infringes their rights, they can contact us at info@speedxperts.com with details of the affected content and proof of ownership. We will review reasonable requests.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer rules give the customer another legal right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the stated update date. Continued use of the website or placing orders after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If one part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as permitted by law.
